Shrapnel City / Movie Set: Teleporter Question

Does anyone know how to access the hidden teleporter(s) at the end
of the Movie Set stage?

I found it/them accidentally while using the 'DNCLIP' cheat, but I
am unaware of how to access the teleporter(s) without it.

(Note: Ignore the high ammo values and such; it's just a modified
